Can I phone or e-mail an order for pick-up?
Of course! The best way to place an order is through our online ordering system. It is very easy. Click 'SHOP' from the home page and this takes you to our menu. Make your selection and proceed to checkout. The best part about shopping onlibe is that you earn points for free/discounted treats. However, you can also contact us via email or phone call and we would be happy to assist you with placing an order.
Do you accept call-ahead orders for same day pick-up?
Because we receive a large volume of pick-up orders for each day, we request that all call-ahead orders be placed by 5:00pm the day before. When circumstances allow, we do our best to accommodate same day pre-order requests, but in any event, you may always come into the shop during our regular business hours and purchase any number of cupcakes as a walk-in customer.
Where is your bakery located, I would like to come and buy some treats?
At the moment, we operate an Online bakery. Unfortunately, it is not possible to walk in to pick up treats as our product is based solely on orders that have been placed.
We are however located at Rayman Adeboyejo Street, 2nd Roundabout, Lekki, Lagos for pickups.

Can I pay on delivery?
For all pick-up and delivery orders, we kindly request payment in advance. Our delivery drivers do not accept cash on delivery.
How does the delivery service work?
The delivery company pick up from MOGEE MAGIC at 10am. Unfortunately they are unable to guarantee a delivery time but would deliver to you as soon as possible between 11am and 6pm.
If you would like to receive your order earlier, your treats would be prepared the day before pick up and the delivery company can pick up your order by 7am and get it to you as soon as possible. Please not that the only way to guarantee an exact delivery time is if you pick up yourself.
Do you sell any display that I can arrange my treats on?
Yes, we sell a Cupcake Tower. It is available for purchase on our website, click here. Although it is disposable, it is made from durable material that can be reused. It sells for .
How do I store my treats?
We recommend that you store your treats at room temperature. If you will be consuming them more than 24 hours after purchasing them, you can freeze them (do not refrigerate, it dries out baked goods) and they are good for up to 1 month after they are purchased. To thaw them, leave them at room temperature for 2–3 hours before consuming.
Do I need to order in advance?
Unfortunately, you would need to. As we operate an online bakery, all orders must be placed in advance. However, you can always call us on 07089673839 to find out if we readily have an item you need.
How late can I cancel an order?
All orders should be cancelled no later than 48 hours in advance to ensure you receive a full refund for your order. After that time we are already preparing batter and frosting to be baked the next morning and will not be able to issue a refund for the order.
Do you offer custom frosting colours or decorations?
Yes, our treats can be customized for baby showers, bridal showers, weddings or with logos/pictures on fondant. Additional charges may apply. Please contact us via a phone call or by sending an email. or you could simple add a note to your order in the 'additional notes' section before checkout.
Can I make an appointment for cake/dessert tastings?
We can arrange a tasting by appointment however, you pay for whatever treats you choose to taste during the appointment. Whatever you spend during your tasting will roll right into your deposit if you decide to book with us. If it is a small order, we are happy to discuss your needs over the phone.

Do I need a deposit for orders?
All orders for weddings and special events will only be confirmed with a 70% deposit (non-refundable) upon booking. We strongly encourage all event orders to be paid for upfront and in full. Any remaining balances for orders must be completed one week prior to the event date. If by the end date full payment has not been made, we would NOT turn up for your even and a refund would NOT be given
Can I reserve the Magical Studio for a private event?
Yes! To inquire about booking a private (social or corporate) event at the Magical Studio, please email info@mogeemagic.com with information on the desired date of your event as well as the number of guests.
